Novella - "Two Summers" A coming of age story about a thirteen year old Canadian boy who, without parental consent, takes off with his older American cousin on a motorcycle trip to California in 1975. The story resumes in 1977 when a family that he met in California comes to Calgary for their summer vacation. Two Summers is rife with music and experiences of the times and brings the boy guidance right at the time in his life when he needs it.

Novel - "Touch" is a Supernatural Thriller about a man who suffers incredible tragedy and loss, awakens from a coma with a supernatural ability, and embarks on a journey that re-purposes his life. He must defy critics, skeptics and new found enemies, drawn ever forward by dreams and visions, along with a little help from old and new friends.

Currently, I'm also writing several short pieces and the outline for my second novel, "The Two" which is the sequel to "Touch".

One short story is a delightful Steampunk Fantasy about how I met my wife. In this story, set in late 1920's, my wife is a zeppelin pilot and I am a tinker. We set out on a round the world mission to deliver a cure for a mysterious sickness that is ravaging the globe. Along the way, we have to fight our way through a host of baddies intent on taking the "Fotoula", my wife's zeppelin that exploits new technology to fly higher and faster than any airship of the period.

The other story I'm working on is 90% complete and is my first Western. I've always loved stories about the wild west and have ideas for a novel I'll explore later, but this story, "No Rest" is about a very, very bad outlaw named Caleb Decker who survives his own hanging and goes on a journey to redemption. It's a dark tale with plenty of what we love about stories of the wild west.
